Chili Recipe

2 lbs. ground beef 2 cans diced tomatoes

1 onion, chopped 2 can gren chilies, drained

2 cans pinto beans, drained 2 cans kidney beans, drained

15 oz. can tomato sauce 4 T. cumin

4 T. chili powder 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

4 T. chopped celery 2 c. water

salt and pepper

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and allow to simmer for an hour. Serve with your choice of toppings: shreddeded cheese, sour cream, jalapenos, cilantro and avocado.
