Low Carb Vegetble soup
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 c. chopped cauliflower
1/2 c. carrots, sliced
1 c. celery, sliced
14 oz. can diced tomoates
6 c. beef broth
14 oz. can green beans
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 bag cauliflower rice
salt and pepper to taste
Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until veggies are tender (about 20 mins.)
