Over 40 Fashion: Skorts

Skorts are one of my favorite things to wear in warm weather. Why? For one, you get the “dressed up” look of a skirt, with the comfort of a pair of shorts. Secondly, those shorts underneath, act as a body shaper.

I found these blue and white chinoiserie skorts during a recent Belk try-on. In true preppy style, I paired a gingham button-up shirt with it. The result was a casual chic look perfect for a spring weekend!
