Southern chicken salad
3-4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
2 cans water chestnuts, chopped
1 lg. pkg. slivered almonds
1 whole celery, chopped
3/4 bunch green onions, shopped
graped, halved
2 cans Dole crushed pienapple, in heavy syrup
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. This easy recipe makes enough for a large crowd. It’s often seen on bridal shower menus. Serve it on a fresh croissant or a bed of lettuce.
